## Cancel or Modify Orders

**Can't edit orders once in preparation:** Orders start automatic processing immediately after placement. You can't change items, size, or color once this begins.

**Update email address:** Contact an agent to update your email on file.

**Cancel before shipping:**
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select your order
3. Click Cancel

Cancellation is only possible in the early stage before the order ships.

**Changing items, size, or color:** You have two options:
- Cancel and reorder (if the new item is available)
- Wait for delivery and return for free

**Can't upgrade shipping speed:** Once an order is placed, you can't change the shipping speed for that order.

**Already shipped:** You can't cancel or edit shipped orders. Your options:
- Return the items for free after delivery
- Place a new order
- Refuse delivery (not available everywhere)

**Cancelled or refunded orders can't be reinstated:** Place a new order if you change your mind.

## Order Notifications

**Email is our primary channel.** You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

**Wrong email on file?** Contact an agent to update it.

**Not receiving confirmation emails?**
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address you used at checkout

**Shipping confirmation:** You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

**No SMS updates:** We don't currently send text messages. The phone number you provide at checkout helps the courier contact you for delivery.

**Replacement orders:** When a replacement order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

### Fair Pricing
We maintain fair prices all year round. We never inflate "before" prices to create artificial discounts.

- Third-party discount codes don't work with our system
