## Tracking Basics
- **Shipping email:** Contains the tracking link, courier name, and order details
- **Tracking link:** Always shows the latest information
- **Access:** Available immediately after order ships, even before first scan
## First Scan Timing
- **Express orders:** Usually updates the day after the order is placed

## Early Tracking Statuses
**"Label Created" or "Shipment Info Received"** means the courier has not yet scanned the parcel. This does NOT mean it is lost. The tracking updates after the first hub scan.
## Tracking Number Formats by Courier
- **UPS:** Starts with `1Z`
- **DHL Parcel:** Starts with `JJD`
- **DHL Express (EU/JP/NZ/AU):** Starts with `JD`
- **DHL Express (Canada):** 10 digits, no letters
- **Purolator (Canada):** 12 digits, no letters
- **DPD/Colissimo/Chronopost (France):** Letters and numbers (may track via PostNord)
- **PostNord (Sweden/Denmark):** Numeric or mixed format
- **Instabox (Sweden):** Starts with `RS`
- **Bring/Posten (Norway):** Starts with `LA` or `CR`
- **Swiss Post:** Starts with `99`
- **Posti (Finland):** Starts with `JJF`

## Common Tracking Statuses
- **Label Created / Shipment Info Received:** Parcel not yet scanned by courier
- **In Transit / Departed Facility:** Parcel moving between courier hubs
- **Arrived at Sorting Facility:** Parcel being processed at local facility
- **Customs Processing:** Normal for international orders
- **Out for Delivery:** Parcel will be delivered today
- **Delivered:** Parcel has been marked complete
## Which Couriers We Use
We use: DHL Parcel, DHL Express, UPS, PostNord, Posti, Swiss Post, Purolator, FedEx, and local postal partners.
- **Selection based on:** Destination country, address type, and shipping method chosen
- **Standard shipping:** May hand over to a local postal partner later in the route
- **Express shipping:** Uses premium couriers for faster delivery
- **International shipments:** May transfer between couriers during transit (normal handovers)
- **Courier name:** Always shown in your shipping confirmation email
## When Tracking Seems Stuck
Tracking can pause or slow due to:
- Long transport legs between international hubs
- Handovers between couriers
- Peak season or holiday delays
- Limited scanning at certain facilities
If your tracking has not updated for several days AND is past the estimated delivery window, ask to speak with an agent for investigation.
