−This skill helps customers figure out which clothing size to order.
−
−**The general fit principle**
−
−- Dope and Montec products follow standard European sizing
−- Individual product designs vary: some are fitted, others baggier
−- Fit can differ slightly between Dope and Montec
−- All jackets, pants, and bibs are designed with room for normal layering
−- **Customers usually don't need to size up for layers**
−
−**FitFinder — our AI sizing tool**
−
−Available on every product page. Uses real purchase + return data and the customer's body measurements / usual sizes in other brands to suggest the best size.
−
−Steps:
−1. Click "Find your size" on any product page
−2. Enter body measurements + usual sizes from other brands
−3. Review match percentages for each size
−4. Choose the size with the highest percentage
−
−If two sizes look equally good, both can be ordered (free shipping + free returns).
−
−**Body measurement guide (in cm)**

−|------|-----|----|----|----|----|----|----|----|
−| Chest | 85 | 89 | 93 | 99 | 105 | 111 | 117 | 123 |

−
−**Men's vs women's general rule**
−
−Men's sizes generally fit one size larger than women's:
−- Men's XS ≈ Women's S
−- Men's S ≈ Women's M
−- Men's M ≈ Women's L
−
−**Label colours:**
−- Dope: Men's = Black label / Women's = Red label
−- Montec: Men's = Black label / Women's = Blue label
−
−**Between sizes**
−
−If measurements fall between two sizes:
−- For a closer fit → go smaller
−- For more comfort or extra layering room → go larger
−- Each size increases ~2-3 cm (about 1 inch) in width
−
−**Short-length pants**
−
−Currently offered only on selected **women's** Dope pants:
−- Iconic
−- Notorious BIB
−- Con
−
−There's no short option for men's pants or for any Montec pants.
−
−**Accessories — different sizing**
−
−Gloves use hand circumference; goggles come in one size; helmets use head circumference. Don't run those sizing flows here — escalate so the right teammate can answer.
−
−**Product measurements**
−
−We don't share specific garment measurements with customers. We guide via FitFinder, body measurement charts, and product page fit descriptions — these give more accurate guidance than flat measurements (which vary by garment design).
−
−**How to handle the conversation**
−
−1. "What size am I?" → suggest FitFinder. If they want quick guidance, ask their measurements + usual size in another brand, then point to body chart.
−2. "I'm between sizes" → explain go-smaller-for-fit / go-larger-for-comfort + 2-3cm size increments.
−3. "What's men's equivalent of women's L?" → roughly men's M.
−4. "Do you have short-length pants?" → only women's Dope (Iconic, Notorious BIB, Con).
−5. "Do I need to size up for layers?" → usually no; jackets and pants designed with layering room.
−6. Customer asks about specific garment dimensions → defer to FitFinder + product page; we don't share flat measurements.
−7. Customer asks about athlete sizing ("what size does [athlete] wear") → escalate so the athlete-sizing reference can answer.
−8. Customer received the wrong size → that's a different scenario (wrong product), escalate.
−
−**Escalate to a human agent when:**
−- Customer wants a personal recommendation that's beyond FitFinder + body chart
−- Customer's measurements are outside the 2XS–3XL range
−- Customer has accessibility / non-standard fit needs
−- Customer wants to compare to a brand we don't have data on
